Honeymoon Island

Where the beach gives way to pine forest.

Honeymoon Island feels like two worlds meeting. Walk the shoreline and it is shells, pale sand, shorebirds and open Gulf. Turn inland and suddenly you are beneath old pines with osprey overhead and a completely different landscape under your feet.

That contrast is what I remember here — beach and forest existing on the same narrow island. It feels protected for a reason.
