Caspersen Beach

A shoreline that keeps pieces of another time.

Caspersen makes you search. I found myself walking more slowly than usual, watching every dark shape in the sand and wondering how long it had been there before the tide finally placed it at my feet.

The shoreline feels older here — fossil impressions, shell fragments and the dark gleam of shark teeth hidden between the grains. Nothing feels placed. You have to find it, and maybe that is why I love it.
